Dear presenters,

below you will find all information concerning the fee for our upcoming conference. Please read the information carefully so that your payment is processed and on time for the conference on 8th and 9th November 2024.

 

FEES

As indicated in the Call for Papers, the conference fees are as follows:

• Early bird conference fee: 100 euros (payable by 10^th September 2024)
• Regular conference fee: 120 euros (payable by 30^th September 2024)
• Student conference fee: 60 euros (payable by 30^th September 2024 – for PhD, master, and bachelor students)
• Special conference fee for employees of the Faculty for Humanities and Social Sciences in Zagreb: 60 euros (payable by 30^th September 2024)

The conference fee includes the book of abstracts, all on-site coffee breaks, a conference dinner on 8^th November, and a conference material pack.

You are kindly requested to note that all participants are required to pay the conference fee. This includes those presenting alone, those co-presenting a paper, and all those presenting at panels.

Please note that participants whose institution will be paying for their conference fee and, therefore, need an invoice or order form, one is provided below. You can send your filled out order forms to our conference email address minds@m.ffzg.unizg.hr and we will forward them to Accounting:

REGISTRATION

We kindly ask all conference participants to fill out the Registration form provided below. Please send the filled out form to our conference email address minds@m.ffzg.unizg.hr by September 30th. Please note that each participant coming to the conference should register – this includes those presenting alone, those co-presenting a paper, and all those presenting at panels.
